This Shutdown Permit application is required for any planned work that necessitates shut down of electrical, mechanical, life safety, information technology or airfield navigational systems at YLW. The purpose of the permit is to ensure proper and complete communication between the Contractor, Airport Operations and YLW’s Technical and Building Services Contractor. Contractors are required to submit shutdown requests via this online form through the Vortex portal a minimum of 3 business days prior to the planned activity
